Booking: Applicants may book meeting rooms up to three months in advance but no later than seven days before requested use. Applications for meeting room use are not confirmed until approved by the location manager. Applicants will be notified of approval for use within three days.
When booking, 30 minutes will automatically be added before and after the times you select to allow for setup and takedown.
Room Capacity: Meeting room holds 75 people.
Room has six tables, 75 chairs and a screen. Group booking room is responsible for setup and takedown.
Failure to comply with Library policy or meeting room use guidelines may result in the denial of subsequent requests for meeting room use.
